Brand Coordinator

This is your chance to join the LOF team as a Brand Coordinator where you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while helping to shape and elevate our brand presence. 


As the glue that holds our team together, you'll work closely with different departments—marketing, ecom, creative, and more—to keep things running smoothly. From coordinating brand initiatives to managing office operations, this role offers a unique opportunity to get your foot in the door with a fast-growing DTC brand.


This role reports into the Integrated Marketing Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

Brand Support

  • Support in all things brand - the execution of events, partnerships, ambassador programs, and gifting initiatives. Identify opportunities and support in managing relationships. 
  • Manage and organize product samples, ensuring they are readily available for photoshoots, projects and events.
  • Assist with e-commerce shoots, including sample preparation, setup, and post-shoot care (e.g., cleaning and organization).  



Office Support

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Manage office supply inventory and coordinate reordering as needed.
  • Support team members with general administrative tasks.


Additional responsibilities may be added at the discretion of the Manager.

 

    Requirements

    • Eager to work hard, learn, and grow in a start-up environment.
    • Savvy, resourceful, and quick to learn and adapt to new challenges.
    • A strong sense of style and aesthetic
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • A self-starter with a "get-it-done" mindset.
    • Valid drivers license
    • Based in Los Angeles, with availability to work in the Venice office 3–4 days a week.

     


    Location: Venice, California 

    Hybrid: Availability to work in-office 3–4 days a week.

    Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 USD
