We at Left on Friday, Inc. (the “Company” or “we”) understand your concerns about privacy, and we take your privacy seriously. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our websites, including but not limited to the leftonfriday.com website (the “Site”), mobile applications, or other of our online services, and through your interaction with us offline, including when you visit our physical retail stores (collectively referred to in this Policy as the “Services”).
Please read this Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
This Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. This Policy may be updated or changed from time to time. If changes are made, we will post them on this page. Your continued use of the Services after we make updates or changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this page periodically for updates.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide to Us. When you use our Services, you may provide us with certain information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, purchase information, and any other information you choose to provide. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
If you choose to create an account with us, in addition to Order Information, we collect username and password. We refer to this information as “Account Information”.
When you request information from us, respond to forms or questionnaires, participate in surveys, sweepstakes, or contests, or otherwise contact us, we collect communications that we exchange with you that may contain personal information. We collect information about your preferences when you make them known to us, such as your preferences for receiving marketing communications.
You will provide payment information needed to complete your orders, but please note that we do not have access to, or store, your payment information. Our payment processors will collect the information necessary to process your payments in accordance with their respective services agreements and privacy policies. We claim no liability or responsibility for payment transactions completed with such third-party processors.

Information We Automatically Collect. When we talk about “personal information” in this Policy, we are talking about Order Information, Account Information, and Device Information.

CHILDREN AND MINORS
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age in the jurisdiction where you reside. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from such children or minors. If we learn we have collected or received such personal information without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
We adopt this notice at collection for California residents to supplement the information contained in the Policy and comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended, including by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 and its implementing regulations (referred to as “CCPA”). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
Personal Information Collected. We may collect, and have collected in the preceding twelve (12) months, the following categories of personal information:

Personal Information Shared. We do not sell the personal information we collect for monetary compensation. However, subject to the preferences you indicate to us, we may share for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising, including in the preceding twelve (12) months, the following information with third parties:

We do not knowingly share the personal information of minors under sixteen (16) years of age.
Retention. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with the Services, to perform our legitimate business purposes, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, maintaining records, resolving disputes, maintaining security and preventing harm, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing our agreements. The criteria used to determine retention periods includes the legal limitation of liability period, agreed contractual provisions, applicable regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Consumer Rights and Requests. You may request that we disclose to you the following information as required by law:

Non-Discrimination. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Response to Requests. We will attempt to respond to California resident requests in as timely a fashion as possible. In the event of delays over forty-five (45) days, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the verifiable receipt of a California resident’s request unless you request otherwise and that time period meets the regulatory requirements. The response we provide will explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
Shine the Light. California residents are entitled to request and obtain from us once per calendar year certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
If you are an individual located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions outside of the United States, please review these additional privacy disclosures and note that information collected through our Services will be transferred to and processed in the United States, Canada, and/or in other countries where we or our third-party service providers operate. These other locations may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially accessed the Services.
