Refund policy

*Note: All accessories, Good Bye Good Buy items, gifts with purchase (GWP), and items marked final sale on site and at checkout are final sale and not eligible for refunds/exchanges. Pool floaties are complimentary and a birthday gift from us to you, so no need to send it back with your return or exchange. 

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

USA
Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping. Generate your return here. You will need your order number (including the # and LOF) and zip code. If you are returning for a refund to your original form of payment, a $10 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due.

INTERNATIONAL
Returns can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. All return orders are subject to a $15 processing fee per order (not per item), which will be deducted from your refund due. At this time we do not offer exchanges on international orders and all refunds must go to the original form of payment on the order. Generate your return here. You will need your order number (just the numbers, no need to include the # or LOF) and email address.

Our zipper bags are created to help you out with life…a wet/dry bag for your swimsuit, a beach bag for your phone, sunscreen & surf wax, a cord case for your carry-on, a cosmetic case for every day. It’s reusable and complimentary. No need to send it (or any GWP you receive) back with your return or exchange. Think of it as our gift to you!

Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. Clare V. reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet these requirements.
