Executive Assistant – CEO
Location: Venice, California
Reports to: CEO
Salary Band: $50,000 - $60,000
Type: Full-Time, 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant provides all-around support for our CEO, as part of our LA team. You’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support that optimizes the CEO’s time and keeps the office running smoothly, managing day-to-day tasks and complex calendars while jumping in and supporting any initiatives the CEO needs assistance. We move fast and need a proactive, high-energy, detail-oriented assistant who can balance multiple priorities and thrives in a startup fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- 
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. 
- 
Prioritize and respond to time-sensitive requests, ensuring the CEO is briefed and prepared. 
- 
Coordinate and oversee errands, personal appointments, and ad-hoc tasks for the CEO. 
- 
Screen and route incoming communications, handling or delegating as appropriate. 
Office Support & General Administration
- 
Open and sort office mail, flagging urgent items to relevant parties. 
- 
Oversee general office upkeep, including supply ordering and inventory management. 
- 
Conduct data entry, maintain records, and ensure filing systems are organized. 
- 
Organize and maintain the sample closet and off-site storage unit. 
Brand Support
- 
Assist in planning and executing brand events, including logistics coordination. 
- 
Manage samples, support production and provide hands-on support as needed. 
- 
Provide hands-on assistance during brand activations, product launches, and partnership initiatives. 
- 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing, PR, and creative projects. 
Qualifications
- 
3+ years in an EA, administrative, or office management role, preferably supporting senior leadership. 
- 
Bachelor Degree in a related field. 
- 
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools. 
- 
Discretion in handling confidential information. 
- 
Open to feedback and comfortable managing up 
- 
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment. 
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required.
Work Schedule: Availability during evenings and weekends may be required at the discretion of the CEO.
