What styles do you recommend for big boobs?

We have an entire collection of big boob bikini tops engineered specifically for the D+ girls here. Interested in a one piece? We recommend the Streamline Suit and Double Scoop Suit. Both have super soft straps for support and comfort, a mid-coverage neckline and an armhole that offers just enough coverage for larger boobs. Our tall length one-pieces also work great for bigger boobs, to give some more room in the shelf.

What styles do you recommend for pregnant women?

Rock the baby bump, opt for a bikini set. Wear To Bottom: set your belly free. These bottoms will sit below your bump. For bikini tops, it depends on your chest size. All our styles support small to medium to bigger boobs. Top Shelf is a great option as it fits a large range of bust sizes. Prefer a one piece? Try the Peak Suit - the peek-a-boo cut out allows for the suit to grow with your bump while keeping your boobs supported. The Sunday Suit* Tall is seam free in the waist and the extra length gives extra room for your bump. You can find more recommendations on our Maternity Staples here.

What styles do you recommend for breast feeding?

For one pieces, we love our Double Scoop Suit (it has the most support and side boob coverage) and Sunday Suit (it has a good amount of stretch and a v-neck line).

For tops, we love our Double Scoop Top (it has great side boobs coverage, super soft, wide straps and supports while still showing cleavage), Top Shelf Top (it fits the widest range of bust sizes), and Sunday Top (it has a good amount of stretch and v-neck line).

What styles do you recommend for surfing the big Kahuna?

A one piece is a fantastic option as it prevents the yard sale scenario in wipeouts. Double Scoop Suit: It has the highest neckline and thick straps that won't slide off your shoulders. Sunday Suit: We've been given the thumbs up from guests and have personally tested this style in the waves. Bikinis are also a great option and allow your stomach or six pack to be one with the board - key in big swell.

What size is my girlfriend?

Do your tops/one-pieces have padding?

+

Our suits are made from our Smoothing Dream Fabricâ„¢ and are lined for privacy - so while the seamless construction does not allow for cups or inserts, the correct fit should have you feeling comfortably compressed, providing great coverage, and of course an amazing fit.

How do I remove the hygiene sticker?

+

If the hygiene sticker leaves a residue after removing it, we've got you! This can happen sometimes from humidity due to transport conditions. You can use a bit of rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad or a damp cloth and rub against the residue to remove. Follow-up with a rinse in cold water and then a machine wash (on cold, with like fabrics). This is a safe remedy and won't impact the integrity of the fabric/garment. If you have any issues with this, please reach out to our team here and we'll help you out.

What is the best way to care for my LOF?

For LOF suits - easy. Machine wash with like colours & fabrics in cold water and line dry. A garment bag is helpful, but not necessary. Avoid drying your suit in direct sunlight. If you’re in a rush to catch the next wave, our suits are dryer friendly. We recommend washing suits post activity to prolong the life/colour/fit of the suit.

If you're swimming in a pool or hot tub, get your suit wet before jumping in! Chlorine clings to dry suits so getting it wet with fresh water ahead of time will help preserve the fabric. When you're done swimming your laps, rinse immediately and follow-up with a good wash in the machine.

For all LOF lifestyle, we recommend washing in warm water, with like colours, and hanging to dry. You can tumble dry on low if you're in a pinch, or to de-wrinkle.

How many laps will my LOF suit last?

Lots. Just take care of it. That means machine washing it straight away after every chlorine/pool swim and hanging it to dry. Chlorine is hard on lycra and limits the life of any suit #facts. Chlorine also clings to dry suits, so getting your suit wet with fresh water before diving in can help preserve the fabric. Do your best to not let your suit sit in a locker or swim bag for more than a few hours. Listen, if you swim 3 plus times a week (good on you) - it will last a few months. Given the impact chlorine naturally has on lycra, this is unavoidable.

Keep whites white

Just like other whites ... wash whites with whites to keep them bright. Also, colour migration is real, so don't let whites sit wet with other colours.

Can I wear sunscreen with my suit?

+

Yes and we hope you do – sun protection is important! If you get sunscreen on your suit, machine wash it. If for some reason it doesn’t come out, try soaking your suit in a mix of water + baking soda, then machine wash, this should do the trick.

*Hot tip, our fabric mill let us know that sunscreens that are oil-based have a high chance of staining - all fabric, including LOF suits. This is why it's important to wash your suits after each wear.

Where are LOF suits designed and manufactured?

LOF suits are designed in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and produced in California and Taiwan with Italian fabric.

What is your stance on sustainability?

+

Great question. Fewer, better quality, very dependable products is what we stand for and create. We make the suit that works for all your needs, literally from surfing all day to happy hour and is engineered to be long-lasting. We think if you can depend on one suit for sun, fun, and sweat, rather than tons of cheap disposable swimsuits, then the environment is better off. We also use recyclable packaging and yell at people that don’t recycle.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped out from Pennsylvania, Monday - Friday, and take at least 1-3 business days to process. For Priority orders, if placed before 11am PST, it will ship out same day. Please note our warehouse does not pack or ship orders over the weekend or on holidays.

I've ordered a pre-order item, now what?

Items will ship when available. If you've ordered an item on pre-order along with items readily available on our site, you can expect two separate packages.

Can I make changes to my order?

Our team works quickly to get your order out and changes cannot be made once the order is placed. Forgot to add a cover-up to your order? We offer free standard shipping on all orders so you can place a new one with ease.

We have a few options for shipping in the USA, so choose your own adventure.
**Please note that only standard shipping can be selected for PO boxes or US Territories (ie: Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and Puerto Rico). Priority shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. International orders are shipped via Express Courier and prices are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We're Canadian at heart, we wouldn't dream of not shipping to our hometowns. For Canadian deliveries, please shop on our Canadian site.

Do you ship to outside of the US and Canada?

We now ship globally! Chose your location through our US website.

All international orders are shipped via Courier Express, with shipping estimates and price calculated at checkout. Returns can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. Return orders are subject to a $15 processing fee, deducted from your refund due. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped out that will contain a tracking number so you can track your LOF right to your door!

Please note that all orders take at least 1-3 business days to process. Shipping times at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as carrier delays can sometimes occur. Carriers do not operate/deliver on the weekends or holidays, so estimated shipping timelines are noted in business days only.

What should I do if my tracking has stalled?

It is not uncommon for tracking to take a few days to update while the package is in transit between facilities. If you do not notice this updating within a few days, please contact us here and we'd be happy to help look into it!

Lost or stolen packages?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, contact us here. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Can I update my shipping address?

Our team works quickly to get your orders out and changes cannot be made once your order is placed. We will ship to the address entered at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

*Note: All accessories, Good Bye Good Buy items, and items marked final sale on site and at checkout are final sale and not eligible for refunds/exchanges.

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.


USA
Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. If you are returning for a refund, a $10 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping. Generate your return here. You will need your order number (including the # and LOF) and zip code.

INTERNATIONAL
Returns can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. All return orders are subject to a $15 processing fee per order (not per item), which will be deducted from your refund due. At this time we do not offer exchanges on international orders. Generate your return here. You will need your order number (just the numbers, no need to include the # or LOF) and email address.

Is there a return fee?

USA

If you are returning for a refund, a $10 processing fee per order will be deducted from your refund due. Note that this fee is not per item and only one $10 charge will be made per return order. If multiple returns/exchanges are generated on the same order, the return fee will be applied to each return order.


INTERNATIONAL

All international return orders are subject to a $15 processing fee, deducted from your refund due.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

For US returns, get started here. You will need your order number (including the # at the beginning of your order number and LOF at the end) and 5-digit zip code.

For all international returns, go here. You will need your order number (only including the numbers; not including the # and LOF) and your email address.

How do I get my refund?

+

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, less the return processing fee per return order, or to store credit, depending on what you selected when submitting the return. Note that it may take 5-7 business days for our warehouse to process your refund once your return has been received, regardless of how you are receiving your refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Please note this may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement depending on your banking institution. Once your return label is generated, tracking information will be emailed to you so you can track your return.

I have items to return from multiple orders, now what?

Each order requires its own return label and should be sent back to us separately. This helps our warehouse team to ensure your returns are processed as quickly as possible once received!
