Integrated Brand Marketing Manager

Left on Friday is seeking a dynamic and strategic Integrated Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As the Integrated Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for creativity, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making. 

 

You’ll be responsible for orchestrating seamless marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring that messaging and initiatives are consistent and impactful from start to finish. Whether it’s digital, social, content, email, or experiential marketing, you’ll be the glue that connects all aspects of our integrated strategy to create an exceptional brand experience.

This role reports into the CEO.

 

 


Key Responsibilities


Content Development

  • Develop creative briefs that align with brand  and business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to identify content needs and timelines. 
  • Partner with the creative team to guide execution, ensuring alignment across all channels.
  • Project manage end to end process from ideation to execution to ensure cohesive execution across all channels, timelines are met and campaign drives impact. 
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and impact.
  • Manage inbound organic content and incorporate it into content strategy.


Partnerships

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in building the partnership strategies.
  • Drive and own the execution of partnership initiatives.


Global Events 

  • Support on creating the global event strategy
  • Oversee the execution of events, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with local retail & community teams to ensure the global brand strategy is driven and represented across all channels


Ambassadors + Collective

  • Support strategy development for ambassador and collective programs.
  • Build and own relationships with ambassadors.
  • Drive program execution and performance monitoring.


Public Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for PR initiatives.
  • Track press coverage to maximize brand visibility.


E-commerce Shoot Production

  • Develop detailed shot lists for e-commerce shoots.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics, including scheduling dates and booking talent.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong operational and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • An eye for detail and a great sense of style.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; adept at building and maintaining relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Live and breathe the LOF lifestyle. 
  • Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
  • Based in Los Angeles, with availability to work in-office 3–4 days a week.

     


    Location: Venice, California 

    Hybrid: Availability to work in-office 3–4 days a week.

    Salary Range: $110-130K USD
