Brand Manager


Reporting to our Director of Merchandising and Strategy, we’re looking for a strategic, super organized, scrappy, creative and outgoing Brand Manager to help us build and scale Left On Friday.  You will lead and execute exciting marketing campaigns and execute brand partnerships across all our channels. You should be just as comfortable writing a strategy and building a calendar as you are at executing against it in the day-to-day.  In this role, you will get to work with a small, brilliant team on one of the most desirable, fast growing DTC brands out there today! 

Core Responsibilities: 

Brand Development:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyze the numbers, create weekly reporting and check and adjust strategies as needed.   
  • Support the execution of the brand calendar driving timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage PR agency and internal outreach/activations.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.

Brand Campaign and Execution:

  • Plan and manage brand campaigns.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies for new products collaborating with cross functional teams to drive successful introductions to the market.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI, optimize strategies based on insights, and report on key metrics and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage the brand budget. 

Brand Partnerships, Collaborations and Influencers:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships that enhance brand visibility, reach new audiences, and align with brand values and positioning.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, and ensure alignment with brand objectives and guidelines.
  • Develop strategy for and manage LOF affiliate programs reporting on and delivering against sales expectations of these channels. 
  • Own influencer gifting from strategy to execution. 

Key traits/experience we’re looking for: 

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience

  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Experience with Klavio, expert IG/FB skills, highly proficient at Google suite, Photoshop skills ideal, Canva skills also ideal 
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Hybrid: 2-3 days in office, remaining days remote per week. Office in Venice, CA.
