WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 *Note: All promotional items are final sale, no refunds/exchanges.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. If you are returning for a refund, a $10 processing fee per order will be deducted from your refund due. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard DHL/USPS shipping.

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?

Pretty straightforward, your refund will be credited to your original payment method, less the $10 return processing fee, per order. Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process returns once received back at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE US?

Yes! We have several options so choose your own adventure.

Next Day Overnight (orders must be placed by 11am pst, Monday -Thursday, delivered next day) $35

Our product is shipped from Pennsylvania, Monday to Friday. Please allow at least 1 full business days for processing. Above ship method timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as carrier delays can sometimes occur. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until all items are available.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes! We’re Canadian at heart, we wouldn’t dream of not shipping to our hometowns!  For Canadian deliveries, please shop on our Canadian site here.

DO YOU SHIP TO OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA?

Left On Friday is now in Australia! Shop online at leftonfriday.com.au or in-person at Happy Melon.

We offer international shipping to the UK - all orders must go through our US website

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, email us at sos@leftonfriday.com . Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Hit us up fast. If the order hasn’t already been shipped, we can change the shipping address. Once the order has left our distribution center we have limited ability (if any) to change the address. If the package is lost in the vortex of the postal system there will most likely be a delay and fingers crossed the package makes it to you. We will only offer a customer a refund once the order has been physically returned to the distribution center.
