Delivery timelines will be based on the shipping method selected at checkout and delivery destination.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days for delivery
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2-5 business days for delivery
• Priority Shipping: Estimated 1-2 business days, weekend delivery unavailable

Non-Continental USA can expect to see longer shipping timelines.

Items may ship separately, as inventory is pulled from multiple locations. Separate tracking will be available for each part of your order, so you can track it right to your door.

It is not uncommon for tracking to take a few days to update while the package is in transit between facilities. If you do not notice this updating within a few days, please contact us here and we'd be happy to help look into it!

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, contact us here. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Our team works quickly to get your order out and changes cannot be made once the order is placed. Forgot to add a cover-up to your order? We offer free standard shipping on all orders so you can place a new one with ease.

*Note: All accessories, Good Bye Good Buy items, gifts with purchase (GWP), and items marked final sale on site and at checkout are final sale and not eligible for refunds/exchanges.

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

US Returns

• Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping. Generate your return here. You will need your order number and zip code. If you are returning for a refund to your original form of payment, a $10 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due.

International Returns

• For international orders, returns can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. All return orders are subject to a $15 processing fee per order (not per item), which will be deducted from your refund due. At this time we do not offer exchanges on international orders and all refunds must go to the original form of payment on the order. Generate your return here.
